Hello and welcome! I'm Hilary, a Clinical Psychologist, and I have 20 years' experience working with clients. I'm originally from Dublin, Ireland, but I've lived in various countries in both hemispheres!

Since 2013, I’ve been living in Prague with my family, though I run a mostly remote private practice with clients and supervisees based internationally.

I spent years working in both the Irish Health Service (HSE) and the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK prior to establishing my own practice.

I offer psychological assessment and therapy for personality and mood disorders, anxiety, grief, loss, and more. In addition, I am a Consultant Psychologist at Canadian Medical, Prague and a Clinical Associate at Schema Therapy Ireland. For a decade I was a lecturer at University of New York in Prague, though I have stepped back from this to dedicate more time to family and other interests. However, I continue to act as a research supervisor for Masters students.
